Transformers G1

Generation 1 Transformers (G1) is a Hasbro toy line that was produced from 1984 to 1991. Ironically the toy series lasted longer than the G1 1980s television series itself.

Many of the first G1 toys featured diecast metal, missile launchers, and cockpits which trace back to their early roots. G1 toys were rebranded and assembled from earlier Japanese toy series including Microman, Diaclone, Takatoku's Macross, and Mugen Calibur.
