Description

Yes, for those bi-linguist Dix Neuf is 19 in French.  So robot 19 brings all the poseability of the Revoltech line together with a sleek modern robot design.

Maker Kaiyodo (海洋堂 Kaiyōdō) is a Japanese company dedicated to figurines and garage kits. Its headquarters is in Kadoma, Osaka Prefecture.

Then this line branding of Revoltech (リボルテック) is a portmanteau for "Revolver Technology," in reference to the unique "Revolver Joint" articulation which all of the figures in this particular series utilize. This gives the figures a wide range of motion and stability, allowing for many dynamic and varied poses.

Dix Neuf Fun Facts:

  • Dix-Neuf is designed to look like a stereotypical Japanese school bully or gangster and is the only machine present from the beginning to the end of the series. The figure stands approximately 5 - 6-inches tall and has multiple points of articulation.
  • Dix-Neuf Buster-Machine #19 comes equipped with interchangeable accessories & weapons.
  • By utilizing the innovative Revoltech joint system, this figure can demonstrate any kind of realistic pose.
  • 'Dix-Neuf Buster-Machine #19,' the oldest Buster Machine piloted by Casio Takashiro, is based on the famous Anime (OVA) series 'Diebuster (or also named Gunbuster 2)' created by Gainax.
