Grandizer DX and Solar Saucer by Popy toys
   
This is the second version of the toy with a revised box. The missiles fire from the saucer body in the first and second versions of the saucer. In later versions of the toy the robot's back stamping changed and the missile launchers moved to the end of the saucer wings. To my knowledge the first GA 37 had a defective holder in the back of the saucer and the box showed a grandizer jumbo machinder instead of the actual toy.
