Dancougar

(Dancouga)

from the Godaikin Forces line 1986

Let us recognize Dancougar as what it was, a revolutionary transforming robot that fit together 11 transformations into one super robot. Eleven; and we are not talking about lame imanigary modes, but instead 11 well thougth out transformations. Bandai's engineering surpassed any toy up to this point in time and arguably still sets the standard for transforming robot toys.

We have a linger, a liger, an elephant, a hawk. Each beast then has an individual robot mode and all but the hawk have an additional machine vehicle mode. The 12th mode is Dancougar the 22 meter tall super robot.

Height in Humanoid Mode: 22.4 m

Weight: 114 tons

Weapons: 4 vulcan lasers, Beam Launcher, Dai Gun, Dankuhou Formation (rear cannon), Tekken (iron fist), Dankuken (sword)
